Season Tickets FAQ
You purchase a season ticket for a specific season; on Priority Day for each production in that season (the Monday morning the week before a show premieres), you will be sent an email with your unique promo code to get the tickets included in your pass for free, along with a button to click to go get your tickets! Patrons get access at 9am on Monday (24 hrs before tickets are released to the public), and Season Pass holders get access at 5:30pm that day (15 hrs advance). Your season ticket is good for the season following your purchase only. You have access to the number of free tickets included with your ticket level per production for the season (NOT per performance; SLT typically has 7-10 performances of each production over the course of two weeks).
NOTE FOR RETURNING SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:
Starting with the sales of the 26/27 season tickets, we have improved the Season Ticket process; for patron passes that include multiple tickets, you do NOT have to purchase multiples; ONE patron pass at any level will automatically include the correct number of free tickets for each production.

For each show in the season, you will receive an email when the box office opens for Priority Day, with a link to select your seats and get your tickets online, OR you may call or come by during box office hours. Priority Day is always the Monday two weeks before a show opens, and tickets are not available for reserve or purchase ahead of the show's priority day.
